Step-by-Step Process

- Initial Assessment: We’ll listen to your story and help assess your needs.
- Documentation & Eligibility: Bring ID, proof of residency, and any available documents. We’ll help with the rest.
- Individual Planning: Together, we’ll create short- and long-term goals with accountability and support.
- Program Participation: Receive assistance, enroll in programs, or connect with mentors.
